Do I need to fill out Paper work?
To get started, all I need is the information submitted in your contact form. I will then send you a client contract via the email address you provided. The contract will include details such as your shoot date, time, and location, as well as the number of final edited photos to be delivered and any agreed-upon payment schedules. You will be able to sign your contract electronically, and as soon as your signature is accepted along with your deposit, you are fully booked on the calendar!
How Do I Rent a Studio?
In the event that you require your session to be indoors, we will book a third-party studio vendor. As your photographer, I will handle booking and reserving a time and space with an agreed-upon studio. Studio sessions will have a finite shoot time. The cost of an indoor studio will be allocated on your invoice and can typically range between $70-$100 for 60-90 minutes of shoot time.
how do i pay for your services?
Your services invoice will be attached to your client contract email, and you can pay directly through this portal with your credit or debit card. I also accept Venmo, PayPal, and cash. Your invoice will reflect any payments received and will serve as your services receipt. All sessions require a deposit to finalize booking, and your final session payments will be outlined in your contract and invoice. No images will be delivered until all payments have been received.
When will i get my photos?
After your session, I carefully review each photo we took and select the best ones for editing. I will edit each photo up to the number agreed upon in your client contract. Occasionally, if I have difficulty choosing, you may receive a few extra photos in your final edit count. Depending on the season, you can expect to receive your edited photos within 2-4 weeks of your shoot date.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes! E-gift cards can be purchased for specific sessions in the amount of the full session fee. These are electronically delivered to the recipient's email and make great gift ideas for those tricky people you never know what to give. Once you purchase an E-gift card, it will be sent directly to your recipient's email address. The recipient of the gift card can then contact me to book their session and redeem their gift. Purchases are final with no refunds, and sessions must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase.
Can I have the raw images?
RAW photos are akin to digital negatives in photography. They are uncompressed images that provide the flexibility to process the data in various editing software to create your final product. RAW images essentially safeguard my ability to copyright my work. Your final images will be delivered as high-quality large file JPEGs, and I will retain the rights to the RAW files.
